Home Visiting

In-Home Support for Families

We understand that building positive and safe relationships are essential for a child's development.

That's why our visiting services connect you with resources, prenatal care support, and other services to help keep your family connected and supported.

Our personalized support continues until your youngest child turns three, when we'll smoothly transition you to other valuable early childhood programs, like Head Start, Parents as Teachers, Preschool services, or similar.

We Utilize Family Coaches for Caregiver Support

Home visiting services empowers expecting parents and caregivers of young children (0-3 years old). Our program utilizes the Healthy Families America model and Nurturing Parent Program curriculum.

We Help Foster Positive Parenting Skills

Through in-home visits, qualified Family Coaches guide you on building positive parenting skills, fostering healthy child development, and achieving family stability.

We Meet You Where You're At

Our family coaches go the extra mile, meeting you at your home, shelters, or out in the community. They can help you access concrete needs and connect you with essential services beyond our program.

What to Expect

During our visit, a qualified Family Coach engages expecting and current caregivers and their dependents to further strengthen the parent-child bond. This is completed through the promotion of positive parenting skills, providing education on child health and development, sharing information and support regarding prenatal care, and supporting the family in developing stability.
