Community Fundraising Guidelines

The following guidelines apply to all third-party fundraising events benefiting FamilyForward.

To host a fundraiser benefiting FamilyForward:

  • Submit your event proposal for approval at least 30 days in advance unless you are contacted directly by the Development Team.
  • Clearly identify your event as "benefiting FamilyForward" rather than sponsored by FamilyForward.
  • Obtain approval before using FamilyForward's name, benefiting logo, or branded materials.
  • Ensure all fundraising activities comply with applicable laws and regulations.
  • The event organizer is responsible for all event planning, expenses, permits, insurance, and vendor agreements.
  • If only a portion of proceeds will be donated, that amount or percentage must be clearly communicated in all promotional materials.
  • Donations and event proceeds should be submitted to FamilyForward within 14 days of the event unless discussed with the Development Team.
  • FamilyForward reserves the right to decline or withdraw approval of any fundraiser that does not align with our mission, values, or policies.
  • FamilyForward is not responsible for organizing, managing, or supervising community fundraising events and assumes no liability related to such activities.

By hosting a fundraiser benefiting FamilyForward, you agree to these guidelines.
